Every evening we serve a home made 3 courses dinner. The dishes we serve are based on local ingredients. Moose, trout, lamb and of course the local goat cheese are important ingredients beside herbs from our own garden and berries from the forests around us. We often try to add a little twist to the traditional recipe by making it slightly new without removing the original identity.
Dinner is served at 19h00 unless otherwise agreed upon.
Children can either get the normal menu or a more child friendly alternative.
Of course we take care of food restrictions and allergies when informed in advance.
