Rondane River Lodge has 4 traditional hotel rooms with private bathroom and wooden floors. These rooms where not renovated yet but offer a nice view towards the mountains or river. A tasty à la carte breakfast is included in the room rate.

Rondane River Lodge has 5 traditionally built log cabins for maximum 3 persons. They are spacious, fully equipped and all have wooden floors and their own fireplace. Firewood is stacked just outside the cabin door. They have 1 bedroom with a double bed and a possible extra sofa bed in the living room.

Rondane River Lodge has 1 traditionally built stabbur (barn) for maximum 4 persons. This special cabin consists of 2 floors, is fully equipped, has wooden floors and it's own fireplace. Firewood is stacked just outside the cabin door. This cabin has 2 bedrooms: the bedroom downstairs has a double bed (160cm) and sleeping sofa - the bedroom upstairs has a smaller double bed (150cm) and a single bed. We don't recommend staying with more than 4 persons in this cabin.

Large panoramic living room with wood stove and television, open plan kitchen and bathroom. 4 sleeping rooms and relax space with additional sleeping sofa. Large south facing terrace, picnic table, grill and wood-fired hot-tub.

Beside the log cabins and hotel rooms at Rondane River Lodge, we also rent out the more secluded forest cabin Fjellsyn which can host up to 6 persons. It's located in the forest on a sunny hillside overlooking Setningen lake, Vulua river and the valley surrounding Rondane River Lodge. It's accessible by car and located just a 10 minutes walk from the lodge, so ideal for those wanting to endulge themselves in nature while still enjoying all the facilities at the lodge.

On a beautiful mountain plateau, 15 minutes driving from Rondane River Lodge, you can stay in our unique seter cabin Klokkerstua. It's part of a traditional summer farm where goats get access to fresh mountain grass, giving their milk an exceptional taste. Klokkerstua consists of 2 recently renovated cabins and a shared building with wilderness toilet, simple shower and sauna. This is a place to get back to basics and indulge yourself completely in traditional Norwegian mountain life.
